El Toboso is a wonderful newly renovated apartment on the 2nd floor, which offers a beautiful view and lots of light due to its corner location with all windows facing Jardin de las Asociaciones, a small park filled with trees, cafes and recreational areas. It is located in a buzzling neighborhood filled with restaurants, small shops and local bars. San Isidro is an upcoming area next to Madrid Río. The apartment consists of 4 rooms for couples or singles, 1 central living room, combined with an open kitchen and two bathrooms with a rainforest shower and towel heaters. There is also one balcony to enjoy the great view. The dining-living room is equipped with a TV to hang out with with your flatmates.
Los Jardines

Our newest apartment has four bedrooms for couple or single use. There are two bathrooms and with rainforest shower, towel heater, spacious sink and bright mirrors. There is an enormous terrace, build on the roof of the shops in the first floor. Despite its busy location, the house is so quiet you can hear a pin drop. The house is full of storage, with extensive cupboard space, bookshelves and an additional storage room to share. The apartment is centered around a large open kitchen, giving a perfect place to bring people together, make food, play board games or drink a few glasses of wine. The kitchen has all the usual appliances and is connected to the large terrace. There is a separate laundry area, where clothes can be washed, dried and hung up.
